1. നുകത്തിന് കീഴില് ദാസന്മാരായിരിക്കുന്നവര് ഒക്കെയും ദൈവനാമവും ഉപദേശവും ദുഷിക്കപ്പെടാതിരിപ്പാന് തങ്ങളുടെ യജമാനന്മാരെ സകലമാനത്തിന്നും യോഗ്യന്മാര് എന്നു എണ്ണേണ്ടതാകുന്നു.

1. Let as many servauntes as are vnder ye yoke counte their masters worthy of all honour that the name of god and his doctryne be not evyll spoken of.

2. വിശ്വാസികളായ യജമാനന്മാരുള്ളവര് അവരെ സഹോദരന്മാര് എന്നുവെച്ചു അലക്ഷ്യമാക്കരുതു; തങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉപകാരം അനുഭവിക്കുന്നവര് വിശ്വാസികളും പ്രിയരും ആകകൊണ്ടു അവരെ വിശേഷാല് സേവിക്കയത്രേ വേണ്ടതു; ഇതു നീ ഉപദേശിക്കയും പ്രബോധിപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്ക.
