1. ഒടുവില് എന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരേ, കര്ത്താവില് സന്തോഷിപ്പിന് . അതേ കാര്യം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു പിന്നെയും എഴുതുന്നതില് എനിക്കു മടുപ്പില്ല; നിങ്ങള്ക്കു അതു ഉറപ്പുമാകുന്നു

1. For the rest, my brethren, rejoice in [the] Lord: to write the same things to you, to me [is] not irksome, and for you safe.

2. See to dogs, see to evil workmen, see to the concision.

3. നാമല്ലോ പരിച്ഛേദനക്കാര്; ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആത്മാവുകൊണ്ടു ആരാധിക്കയും ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവില് പ്രശംസിക്കയും ജഡത്തില് ആശ്രയിക്കാതിരിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്ന നാം തന്നേ.

3. For *we* are the circumcision, who worship by [the] Spirit of God, and boast in Christ Jesus, and do not trust in flesh.

4. പക്ഷേ എനിക്കു ജഡത്തിലും ആശ്രയിപ്പാന് വകയുണ്ടു; മറ്റാര്ക്കാനും ജഡത്തില് ആശ്രയിക്കാം എന്നു തോന്നിയാല് എനിക്കു അധികം;

4. Though *I* have [my] trust even in flesh; if any other think to trust in flesh, *I* rather:

5. എട്ടാം നാളില് പരിച്ഛേദന ഏറ്റവന് ; യിസ്രായേല്ജാതിക്കാരന് ; ബെന്യമീന് ഗോത്രക്കാരന് ; എബ്രായരില്നിന്നു ജനിച്ച എബ്രായരില് നിന്നു ജനിച്ച എബ്രായന് ; ന്യായപ്രമാണം സംബന്ധിച്ചു പരീശന് ;

5. as to circumcision, [I received it] the eighth day; of [the] race of Israel, of [the] tribe of Benjamin, Hebrew of Hebrews; as to [the] law, a Pharisee;

6. ശുഷ്കാന്തി സംബന്ധിച്ചു സഭയെ ഉപദ്രവിച്ചവന് ; ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിലെ നീതിസംബന്ധിച്ചു അനിന്ദ്യന് .

6. as to zeal, persecuting the assembly; as to righteousness which [is] in [the] law, found blameless;

7. എങ്കിലും എനിക്കു ലാഭമായിരുന്നതു ഒക്കെയും ഞാന് ക്രിസ്തു നിമിത്തം ചേതം എന്നു എണ്ണിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

7. but what things were gain to me these I counted, on account of Christ, loss.

8. അത്രയുമല്ല, എന്റെ കര്ത്താവായ ക്രിസ്തു യേശുവിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പരിജ്ഞാനത്തിന്റെ ശേഷ്ര്ഠതനിമിത്തം ഞാന് ഇപ്പോഴും എല്ലാം ചേതം എന്നു എണ്ണുന്നു.

8. But surely I count also all things to be loss on account of the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, on account of whom I have suffered the loss of all, and count them to be filth, that I may gain Christ;

9. ഞാന് ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ നേടേണ്ടതിന്നും ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തില്നിന്നുള്ള എന്റെ സ്വന്ത നീതിയല്ല, ക്രിസ്തുവിങ്കലുള്ള വിശ്വാസംമൂലം ദൈവം വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നവര്ക്കും നലകുന്ന നീതി തന്നേ ലഭിച്ചു

9. and that I may be found in him, not having my righteousness, which [would be] on the principle of law, but that which is by faith of Christ, the righteousness which [is] of God through faith,

10. അവനില് ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും അവന്റെ മരണത്തോടു അനുരൂപപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു അവനെയും അവന്റെ പുനരുത്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ ശക്തിയെയും

10. to know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being conformed to his death,

11. അവന്റെ കഷ്ടാനുഭവങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടായ്മയെയും അനുഭവിച്ചറിയേണ്ടതിന്നും ഇങ്ങനെ വല്ലവിധേനയും മരിച്ചവരുടെ ഇടയില് നിന്നുള്ള പുനരുത്ഥാനം പ്രാപിക്കേണം എന്നു വെച്ചും ഞാന് അവന്റെ നിമിത്തം എല്ലാം ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു ചവറു എന്നു എണ്ണുന്നു.

11. if any way I arrive at the resurrection from among [the] dead.

12. ലഭിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്നോ, തികഞ്ഞവനായി എന്നോ അല്ല, ഞാന് ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവിനാല് പിടിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു എനിക്കും അതു പിടിക്കാമോ എന്നുവെച്ചു പിന്തുടരുന്നതേയുള്ള.

12. Not that I have already obtained [the prize], or am already perfected; but I pursue, if also I may get possession [of it], seeing that also I have been taken possession of by Christ [Jesus].

13. സഹോദരന്മാരേ, ഞാന് പിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നിരൂപിക്കുന്നില്ല.

13. Brethren, *I* do not count to have got possession myself; but one thing -- forgetting the things behind, and stretching out to the things before,

14. ഒന്നു ഞാന് ചെയ്യുന്നുപിമ്പിലുള്ളതു മറന്നും മുമ്പിലുള്ളതിന്നു ആഞ്ഞും കൊണ്ടു ക്രിസ്തുയേശുവില് ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പരമവിളിയുടെ വിരുതിന്നായി ലാക്കിലേക്കു ഔടുന്നു.

14. I pursue, [looking] towards [the] goal, for the prize of the calling on high of God in Christ Jesus.

15. നമ്മില് തികഞ്ഞവര് ഒക്കെയും ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചിന്തിച്ചുകൊള്ക; വല്ലതിലും നിങ്ങള് വേറെവിധമായി ചിന്തിച്ചാല് ദൈവം അതുവും നിങ്ങള്ക്കു വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിത്തരും.

15. As many therefore as [are] perfect, let us be thus minded; and if ye are any otherwise minded, this also God shall reveal to you.

16. എന്നാല് നാം പ്രാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പരിജ്ഞാനം തന്നേ അനുസരിച്ചു നടക്കുക.

16. But whereto we have attained, [let us] walk in the same steps.

17. സഹോദരന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങള് എല്ലാവരും എന്നെ അനുകരിപ്പിന് ; ഞങ്ങള് നിങ്ങള്ക്കു കാണിച്ച മാതൃകപ്രകാരം നടക്കുന്നവരെയും കുറിക്കൊള്വിന് .

17. Be imitators [all] together of me, brethren, and fix your eyes on those walking thus as you have us for a model;

18. ഞാന് പലപ്പോഴും നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ അനേകര് ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ ക്രൂശിന്നു ശത്രുക്കളായി നടക്കുന്നു എന്നു ഇപ്പോള് കരഞ്ഞുംകൊണ്ടു പറയുന്നു.

18. (for many walk of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they [are] the enemies of the cross of Christ:

19. അവരുടെ അവസാനം നാശം; അവരുടെ ദൈവം വയറു; ലജ്ജയായതില് അവര്ക്കും മാനം തോന്നുന്നു; അവര് ഭൂമിയിലുള്ളതു ചിന്തിക്കുന്നു.

19. whose end [is] destruction, whose god [is] the belly, and [their] glory in their shame, who mind earthly things:)

20. നമ്മുടെ പൌരത്വമോ സ്വര്ഗ്ഗത്തില് ആകുന്നു; അവിടെ നിന്നു കര്ത്താവായ യേശുക്രിസ്തു രക്ഷിതാവായി വരും എന്നു നാം കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

20. for *our* commonwealth has its existence in [the] heavens, from which also we await the Lord Jesus Christ [as] Saviour,

21. അവന് സകലവും തനിക്കു കീഴ്പെടുത്തുവാന് കഴിയുന്ന തന്റെ വ്യാപാരശക്തികൊണ്ടു നമ്മുടെ താഴ്ചയുള്ള ശരീരത്തെ തന്റെ മഹത്വമുള്ള ശരീരത്തോടു അനുരൂപമായി രൂപാന്തരപ്പെടുത്തും.

21. who shall transform our body of humiliation into conformity to his body of glory, according to the working of [the] power which he has even to subdue all things to himself.
