1. കുഞ്ഞാടു മുദ്രകളില് ഒന്നു പൊട്ടിച്ചപ്പോള്നീ വരിക എന്നു നാലു ജീവികളില് ഒന്നു ഇടി മുഴക്കം പോലെ പറയുന്നതു ഞാന് കേട്ടു.

1. And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as it were a voice of thunder, 'Come and behold!'

2. അപ്പോള് ഞാന് ഒരു വെള്ളകൂതിരയെ കണ്ടു; അതിന്മേല് ഇരിക്കുന്നവന്റെ കയ്യില് ഒരു വില്ലുണ്ടു; അവന്നു ഒരു കിരീടവും ലഭിച്ചു; അവന് ജയിക്കുന്നവനായും ജയിപ്പാനായും പുറപ്പെട്ടു.

2. and I saw, and lo, a white horse, and he who is sitting upon it is having a bow, and there was given to him a crown, and he went forth overcoming, and that he may overcome.

4. അപ്പോള് ചുവന്നതായ മറ്റൊരു കുതിര പുറപ്പെട്ടു; അതിന്റെ പുറത്തു ഇരിക്കുന്നവന്നു മനുഷ്യര് അന്യോന്യം കൊല്ലുവാന് തക്കവണ്ണം ഭൂമിയില് നിന്നു സമാധാനം എടുത്തുകളയേണ്ടതിന്നു അധികാരം ലഭിച്ചു; ഒരു വലിയ വാളും അവന്നു കിട്ടി.

4. and there went forth another horse -- red, and to him who is sitting upon it, there was given to him to take the peace from the land, and that one another they may slay, and there was given to him a great sword.

6. ഒരു പണത്തിന്നു ഒരിടങ്ങഴി കോതമ്പു; ഒരു പണത്തിന്നു മൂന്നിടങ്ങഴി യവം; എന്നാല് എണ്ണെക്കും വീഞ്ഞിന്നും കേടു വരുത്തരുതു എന്നു നാലു ജീവികളുടെയും നടുവില് നിന്നു ഒരു ശബ്ദം ഞാന് കേട്ടു.

6. and I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, 'A measure of wheat for a denary, and three measures of barley for a denary,' and 'The oil and the wine thou mayest not injure.'

7. നാലാം മുദ്ര പൊട്ടിച്ചപ്പോള്വരിക എന്നു നാലാം ജീവി പറയുന്നതു ഞാന് കേട്ടു.

7. And when he opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, 'Come and behold!'

8. അപ്പോള് ഞാന് മഞ്ഞനിറമുള്ളോരു കുതിരയെ കണ്ടു; അതിന്മേല് ഇരിക്കുന്നവന്നു മരണം എന്നു പേര്; പാതാളം അവനെ പിന്തുടര്ന്നു; അവര്ക്കും വാളുകൊണ്ടും ക്ഷാമംകൊണ്ടും മഹാവ്യാധികൊണ്ടും ഭൂമിയിലെ കാട്ടുമൃഗങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടും കൊന്നുകളവാന് ഭൂമിയുടെ കാലംശത്തിന്മേല് അധികാരം ലഭിച്ചു.

9. And when he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony that they held,

11. and there was given to each one white robes, and it was said to them that they may rest themselves yet a little time, till may be fulfilled also their fellow-servants and their brethren, who are about to be killed -- even as they.
