2. ഞാന് യഹോവയോടു ഉറക്കെ നിലവിളിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന് ഉച്ചത്തില് യഹോവയോടു യാചിക്കുന്നു.

2. With my voice I cry to ADONAI, with my voice I plead to ADONAI for mercy.

3. അവന്റെ സന്നിധിയില് ഞാന് എന്റെ സങ്കടം പകരുന്നു; എന്റെ കഷ്ടത ഞാന് അവനെ ബോധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

3. Before him I pour out my complaint, before him I tell my trouble.

4. എന്റെ ആത്മാവു എന്റെ ഉള്ളില് വിഷാദിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോള് നീ എന്റെ പാതയെ അറിയുന്നു. ഞാന് നടക്കുന്ന പാതയില് അവര് എനിക്കു ഒരു കണി ഒളിച്ചുവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

4. When my spirit faints within me, you watch over my path. By the road that I am walking they have hidden a snare for me.

5. വലത്തോട്ടു നോക്കി കാണേണമേ; എന്നെ അറിയുന്നവന് ആരുമില്ലല്ലോ. ശരണം എനിക്കു പോയ്പോയിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ പ്രാണന്നു വേണ്ടി ആരും കരുതുന്നില്ല.

5. Look to my right, and see that no one recognizes me. I have no way of escape; nobody cares for me.

6. യഹോവേ, ഞാന് നിന്നോടു നിലവിളിച്ചു; നീ എന്റെ സങ്കേതവും ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തു എന്റെ ഔഹരിയും ആകുന്നു എന്നു ഞാന് പറഞ്ഞു.

6. I cried out to you, ADONAI; I said, 'You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.'

7. എന്റെ നിലവിളിക്കു ചെവി തരേണമേ. ഞാന് ഏറ്റവും എളിമപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കുന്നവര് എന്നിലും ബലവാന്മാരാകയാല് അവരുടെ കയ്യില്നിന്നു എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കേണമേ.

7. Listen to my cry, for I have been brought very low. Rescue me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me.

8. ഞാന് നിന്റെ നാമത്തിന്നു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ കാരാഗൃഹത്തില്നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കേണമേ; നീ എന്നോടു ഉപകാരം ചെയ്തിരിക്കയാല് നീതിമാന്മാര് എന്റെ ചുറ്റം വന്നുകൂടും.

8. Lead me out of prison, so that I can give thanks to your name; in me the righteous will be crowning themselves, because you will have treated me generously.
