1. അനന്തരം കര്ത്താവു വേറെ എഴുപതു പേരെ നിയമിച്ചു, താന് ചെല്ലുവാനുള്ള ഔരോ പട്ടണത്തിലേക്കും സ്ഥലത്തിലേക്കും അവരെ തനിക്കു മുമ്പായി ഈരണ്ടായി അയച്ചു, അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു

1. After these things He appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.

2. Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Master of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

4. Carry neither purse, nor scrip, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.

5. ഏതു വീട്ടില് എങ്കിലും ചെന്നാല്ഈ വീട്ടിന്നു സമാധാനം എന്നു ആദ്യം പറവിന്

5. And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.

6. അവിടെ ഒരു സമാധാനപുത്രന് ഉണ്ടെങ്കില് നിങ്ങളുടെ സമാധാനം അവന്മേല് വസിക്കും; ഇല്ലെന്നുവരികിലോ നിങ്ങളിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിപ്പോരും.

6. And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.

7. And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.

8. ഏതു പട്ടണത്തിലെങ്കിലും ചെന്നാല് അവര് നിങ്ങളെ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നു എങ്കില് നിങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പില് വെക്കുന്നതു ഭക്ഷിപ്പിന് . അതിലെ രോഗികളെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കി, ദൈവരാജ്യം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു സമീപിച്ചുവന്നിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അവരോടു പറവിന് .

8. And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:

9. And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of YHWH is come nigh unto you.

10. But into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,

15. And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.

18. And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

22. All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.

23. And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:

24. For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

25. അവന് അവനോടുന്യായപ്രമാണത്തില് എന്തു എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു; നീ എങ്ങനെ വായിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു അവന്

25. And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

26. നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ കര്ത്താവിനെ നീ പൂര്ണ്ണഹൃദയത്തോടും പൂര്ണ്ണാത്മാവോടും പൂര്ണ്ണശക്തിയോടും പൂര്ണ്ണമനസ്സോടും കൂടെ സ്നേഹിക്കേണം എന്നും കൂട്ടുകാരനെ നിന്നെപ്പോലെതന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കേണം എന്നും തന്നെ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

26. He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?

30. And Yahushua answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

31. അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ഒരു ലേവ്യനും ആ സ്ഥലത്തില് എത്തി അവനെ കണ്ടിട്ടു മാറി കടന്നുപോയി.

31. And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.

32. ഒരു ശമര്യക്കാരനോ വഴിപോകയില് അവന്റെ അടുക്കല് എത്തി അവനെ കണ്ടിട്ടു മനസ്സലിഞ്ഞു അരികെ ചെന്നു

32. And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.

33. എണ്ണയും വീഞ്ഞും പകര്ന്നു അവന്റെ മുറിവുകളെ കെട്ടി അവനെ തന്റെ വാഹനത്തില് കയറ്റി വഴിയമ്പലത്തിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോയി രക്ഷചെയ്തു.

33. But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,

34. And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

35. And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.

36. അവനോടു കരുണ കാണിച്ചവന് എന്നു അവന് പറഞ്ഞു. യേശു അവനോടു നീയും പോയി അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്ക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

36. Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?

38. Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.

39. And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Yahushua feet, and heard his word.

40. But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Rabbi, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.

41. And Yahushua answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:
